If you're having troubles with copying games, read the tutorials and guides in one of the forum stickies. If you're having troubles with downloading files from GCW, ask the user support of your ISP for details on how to setup your Net access properly. If you're having troubles with applying backup CD/no-CD patches onto games, read the .nfo files accompanying the patches. Good luck,
