Yes until 1.7 it was only bugfixing. But in germany it was totally new released as improved version and had the number 1.8
If u had bought the game previously u can download the new features (items, monsters, areas, new ending etc.) in an 130 MB patch that alsopatches any previous game version (1.0, 1.1....1.7) to the actual version 1.8.2.6. This also improves internet or network play. BUT THERE ARE NO NOCD CRACKS for the actual Version. Dammit
