I assume that you are using DVDdecrypter to create an ISO file or VOB files on your hard drive and then burning the ISO or VOBs onto a DVD, correct? Is so, watch the movie from your hard drive using Daemon to mount the ISO or by running the VOBs in your software DVD player.
If you see no problems then you know the write to your hard disk is fine and the files are not corrupted. Next is the burning of the DVD; you may want to update or change your burner software, or change clone DVD 2 to another tool. If you have updated/changed them and still getting the same corrupted video, then the DVD drive is unable to burn the video data at a constant rate.
Is anything (AV, firewall, IE, etc.) running in the background while you are burning? If so shut all apps. down and do not use your PC while burning. Another possible cause is the drive configuration (IDE cable, set for master or slave)? Another idea is to burn at a slower speed. Finally if you have a friend with a properly working DVD burner, quickly swap his DVD burner for yours and see if it burns properly, if not then maybe your DVD burner is defective...
