Yeah I found this out the hard way, I never heard of a motherboard that has no ISA slots and at the same time no AGP slot.. but i guess it exists.

That's because dell give you the crappy HOME edition which is 50 USD.
XP Pro is 200 USD.
The thing is, everytime you buy a computer from them, they charge you for a new windows.
If you change computers often, you're better off building one yourself.
My experience is this:
I tried to put my old gf4ti4600 card in my wife's PC. No AGP slot. I said ok, buy a new motherboard. Doesn't Fit. Ok. Go to Barebones.com or whatever website that sells motherboard+CPU+case combos. Bought extra ram (cause the old PC had SDR SDRAM which I couldn't find anywhere)
Now I have 2 PCs with one monitor.
Eventually I bought a new monitor, so we can both work at the same time.
Her PC is fine for what she uses it for, but it's not for gaming.
Oh and their cases have no room for extra hard drives. that's a big bummer.
I did not like dell or any other "brand name".
