Ok .. do you still legally own the CD after you lose the originals? (as far as the people-who-ban-people are concerned)
History (of this forum) teaches us that you will be treated as lying and/or stupid. Not by me mind you, I totally understand your problem, not that I approve of how you fixed it, but still.

What History teaches us is this, even if you have those kinda problems, enough people have lied about this that it becomes a wise thing not to mention the background of the problems here.

And yes, I broke a CD once too, and spilled coke on one. Neither work, one of the games I re-bought (used) and the other I just forgot about (was fed up with anyway)
I don't talk about it here though, and I certainly didn't give myself the right to pirate based on a broken CD.

Of course I could have been hasty in my post and therefore all readers may disregard it if they feel it is ... irrelevant.
