Hi Zaher,
It is not possible for any company to refuse support for any of their products! Also, take the game back the shop where you bought it and request that they do something about your problem. Feel free to demand that you want to talk to the boss of the game manufacturer company or the computer shop.
If and only if you're "arrogant" (read: self-confident) enough, then your problem with be solved somehow. (This sentence applies to pretty much anything in this corrupt society...
