1b. "...if it's the only way to use it." How can it help to play the game on PC#A, when i install it on PC#B? If PC#A don't have a Internet Connection, you can install STEAM (not the game) on PC#B to register the Serial-Key and create a Steam-Account. If you want to play the game on PC#B you have to deinstall it on PC#A.
