, but I think Luci is meant to say that if a keygen will be created to generate Steam activation codes, that system will collapse in seconds. I wonder what chaos will be when it happens... Just like the Battle.net, thousands banned even if they had a legal copy of the game...
I think the unlocking files are code and hardware dependant, so it wont work on PSs other than you downloaded them to.
