Try using some car polish on them and try again. I had this problem on a couple of mine and this worked for me. Personally I use an electric orbital buffer but you can do it by hand as well. Just buff from the middle out to the edge using an old cotton tshirt. BTW the type of polish I use is turtle wax but just about any wax will do. You can use toothpaste as well. It also works. Hopefully this will solve your prob.
