It seems with the court ruling in the UK outlawing modchips, Sjeep and the rest of the DMS Team have reworked their impending latest incarnation of their DMS mod chip to disable the booting of game backups and only load "legal" homebrew ELF applications.

This is all fine and dandy, until you get to the interesting part.

According to our source, Sjeep and crew will create a "fake" Warez group that will release a *HACKED* BIOS Flash for the DMS4 that will enable the booting of ALL backups. Of course, they can claim no knowledge of this ploy as they have only created a chip that *SHOULD* only boot Homebrew software.

As if that wasn't enough, we have more related news. A few vendors have contacted us letting us know of some "bullying" tactics brought on by DMS's Official Distributor.

These vendors have been "threatened" with not being able to receive any more stock of any DMS mod chips, unles they agree to *EXCLUSIVELY* sell the DMS4 or sell the DMS4 more than any other mod chip they may currently carry.

It really looks like the DMS Team really does want to "muscle" their mod into being the top mod, instead of letting the merits of what it can do prove that instead.
