While Nero is a really good CD burning program I find it hard to copy games with it. I use Alcohol 120% to burn them because it makes a true 1:1 copy of the game which you'll need due to the copy protection. Also, with Alcohol 120% you can mount an image of the CD and use with the built in virtual drive to emulate the copy protection.
Also, I find it works best to scan the game disc with A-Ray Scanner (it's a copy protection scanner), you can download it at my yahoo group
