Step One:
Make the DVD into a image using DVD Decrypter
Step Two:
Burn the Disc ID Utility V0.2A to a CDR(
http://www.ps2nfo.com/burning.html) or DVD(just burn the image to a dvd)(get these from here

Step Three:
Put Disc ID CD/DVD in the ps2 once loaded put in the game and tap X twice to get the right number Disc ID(the right number is not 00:00:00:00:00) only note down the Disc ID number

Get WinDIP from

Step Five:
Open WinDIP find where the dvd image is scan the image, enter the Disc ID number and click patch,
Step Six:
Burn and play
