So, if you have the game installed to "C:\program files\ea games\command and conquer", then use a program like WinRar (
www.rarlabs.com) or WinZip (
www.winzip.com) to extract the files into that directory. So you have to know where the game is installed first.
Then, use windows explorer to browse to that directory and then double-click on each of those 2 files you extracted to execute them (or go Start->Run->Browse and run them that way).
