. I will do the soldering tonight. Where can I find the thin double layer tape to hold down the chip? Do I solder first and then place it or tape it down first? I'm thinking that the heat from the solder might weaken the tape if I tape down first.
I am also looking for a good pic of the romeo mod for a v9 ps2 where I can see where I solder the leg of the chip to. In other words where is the 5v voltage point that I have to solder to. See this pic.
