1) take all 4cds in your hand (sorry sarcasm)
2) make 4 folders on your desktop and copy each cd into 1 of the 4 folders
3) rename the 1st folder THE SIMS 2
4) now unzip the compressed.zip from each folder
5) delete the compressed.zip file from each of the 4 folders
6) go into the unzipped folder on ur c drive c:\unzipped
7) put these 2 folders and the 2 files into folder 1 (THE SIMS 2)
8) inside the folder THE SIMS 2 there will a file called common_filelist.txt
9) copy and paste this into it replacing all the txt thats allready there

1,1,CSBin\PackageInstaller.exe
1,1,CSBin\properties.txt
1,1,CSBin\TS2BodyShop.exe
1,1,TSData\Control\control1.dat
1,1,TSData\Control\control2.dat
1,1,TSData\Control\control3.dat
10) copy the TSDATA folders from cd2/3 and 4 into THE SIMS 2 folder
11) make folder in THE SIMS 2 folder called gamefix place fixed.exe in there
12) now write the dvd with volume name of THE SIMS 2
if ive missed anything or your not getting any of this soz best i can do
