Look at
www.cdsteam.com and done. A wise and solid .exe is very difficult to crack, but can be duplicated with its own program. Search and u will find how wise works with wise projects of some games.
Sorry if this info is not available in english, but i think installation mod isn't so older to be known. U will find most installation mods initial info in such page ( but in spanish)
