This is information freely provided by EA on their tech support site. They even provide a little EXE application just for this purpose. A warezer would find it somewhere/somehow no matter what.
Yeah, I'm a little disappointed that this person does not sound legit...but it would be nice if they had at least lied and said 'the writing on the back of the jewel case was hard to read' or 'the L looked like an I' or something like that
