What you view as my opinions, I view as facts. Now #2 is not opinion by any means of this matter, but straight up fact, and if you don’t know this you haven’t been around long enough to witness it. Here is another fact, the price of a mod install is any where from $60-$70, now when you add up all the stuff to make the flip top work your in the same ball park. So there is another point shot down.
But in the end you are some what correct, only the end user can decide what is best for him, I'm just giving out some sound advice as to what is better, and that would be a mod chip any day. There are many factors you can try and throw into this pot but the question was to help him decide and he already said money isn’t a factor...... so lets make this a little easier to wrap your mind around
