There's something that bothers me... I've chatted with some guys in a video games shop and they told me that if you have an NTSC PS2 with a modchip installed, all PS2 games that you play with it will be in NTSC... even if the game is PAL
I'd like to know if this is true because you know that PAL games that don't have 60Hz mode have annoying black borders
So having an NTSC PS2 would fix the problem
