There's a program called MFAudio (Small little app) That was useable to rip tracks off GTA3 and VC I'm guessing .. Another is called "Extractor" or "The Extractor". It has a much nicer GUI and makes thinks a lot less complicated. I think you can find Extractor at downloads.com.. MFAudio might be a different story.
