Question PS2 v5 help

Ok. If you guys remember a few days ago, I posted a message saying I was going to buy a burnt ps2 from a friend who tried installing a no-solder chip. Well I bought it from him for $25 with all cables except controller. He told me that when he installed it, it turned on fine but while the tray was closing he pressed eject 3 times and it turned off (it never turned on again). Well I opened it up and it seems that he made a hole with the screw to the ribbon that connects the eject and reset button. Thats probably how he burned it. I tested all the fuses and they were all ok except for the fuse (PS1) which is the 3.3v regulator acording to the pics with the soldered fuses that were posted a while back (look here) http://www.fileforums.com/showthread.php?t=63057 . I think that I can find this fuse but it's so small (about the size of the head of a needle). Any suggestions? Do you think it can be soldered correctly? What about the reset and eject buttons, do you think that they are blown or can I just get the cable? Please Help.
