I guess i had this error, the installation of Spearhead canīt find mohaa, i fixed that in the regedit.
Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA GAMES\Medal of Honor Allied Assault\ and look the folder inside... must be something like that 1.1.12.XXX
To fix that you have to change the last 3(XXX) numbers to: 110 or 120 or 130 or 200 (dont remember well)
change them and run the instalation till you can install..
Remember the original number to backup, heheh...
