Since one of the two methods available to do this is way too much work and would be pretty hard for you to find the cable to do, you only have one option and that is to purchase a broadband adapter (BBA). Sega stopped making these a long time ago, so your only chance, really, is Ebay. Using the BBA and a program on your computer, you can, in a sense, download the game in the DC to your computer via ethernet cable. Don't expect it to take any less than an hour, and possibly much more. From here, you'd need to find ways to rip the game down, possibly downsample music, take out unnecessary FMVs, foreign languages, etc. Since this whole task is such a hassle, and without some prior knowledge can be hard to do, you're better off just getting the versions of these games that the release groups have already made fit onto a CD and made available to the general public.
