Oh and its called HDL_DUMP lol.... the link I posted is just a GUI for the HDL_DUMP utility with some added features.
Actually,HDL_Dump is (cmd line), HDL_Dumb (Gui).Hence "dumb",for users that are not comfortable using switches via dos prompt or cmd line
