I have. I know of 2 in fact. Both of them where customers of mine (well became customers after they fried the PS2’s) that tried to install a no solder mod chip, both of which when they turned on the PS2 after there install blew the PS1 fuse. One guy sent in his own replacement fuse that he purchased, the other I got on my own. Not saying this is his exact problem but it might...just might be.
