Creating Oversized Selfboot Images for Chankast

I've ripped a copy of the first disc skies of arcadia with my serial cable and I've been trying to selfboot it to get it to run with chankast (it's a new dreamcast emu in case you hadn't heard :P), but I have a little problem... All the selfboot methods I've seen require you to burn the entire game to a disc as an intermediate step before creating a full selfboot iso. Of course if your game is to big to fit on a disc this is not possible to do. Of course I could try split it into a multidisc type of this like a few groups did when they released the game, but I think it would be really cool to have a fully working complete selfboot image of skies of arcadia since AFAIK no one has ever made one before. So, at this point what I have are two iso images, one of the audio track and one of the data track. Is there anyway to put these two together as a multisession image or am I screwed? I tried to do it with MKISOFS but I got a weird error (something about missing PVS in the audio track image or something like that.) I'm out of ideas at this point, but if anyone can suggest something I haven't thought of I'd be happy to try it. Perhaps some software that can "burn" a virtual cd as an image exists. I couldn't find anything like that myself, but if it's out there I'm sure someone here would know.
