Hey Seanyb, I recommend a Soyo Dragon Pro motherboard for you.
Check out the specs on it vs the Asus board before you actually buy it. They have very good reviews. You may even want to put the extra in and step the processor up to the AMD 64 chip.
Thats the one I am building next. Its gonna be one sweet system.
