You can get Zapper 2k and try that. Its basically a generic NTSC2PAL or PAL2NTSC patcher and Y axis fixer. It usually sets everything automatically but its not allways 100%. So you can adjust the settings a bit to meet your needs.

Thanks,... i'll try that,.. I also read somewhere that someone solved it by using the "Import player light" boot cd. Anyone any experience on that
I tried to burn the cue but the playstation does not except it.
Maybe because I use the wrong burn program or it is has something to do with the fact that I can't set my burnspeed below 4
