Fire up Toast. From the menu, choose Audio CD. Drag and drop the following file : "TAudio01.aiff" into the toast window, it will automatically load. Now, click "Write CD". Another window will pop up and it will let you choose your burning speed, go with the lowest, jsut to be on the safe side. It's gonna burn quick anyway. Then click "Write Session". It is very important that you click "Write Session" instead of "Write Disk". You will need to write another session after this one. Wait for the CD to finish, then eject the finished session disk.

Put the CD back in, bring the toast app to the front, and in the edit menu, click on "Clear". Now, remember where you clicked to select "Audio CD"? Well, click in that area again, only this time, you will choose "Multitrack CD-ROM XA". Then click the "Data" button located in that window. Drag and drop the file named : "Track 02 DC_CD_LOADER1_1" into the window that popped up when you clicked the "Data" button. Under "Block Size" it should say 2352, i not, then your ####ed. Click on "Write CD", then in the following window, do the same as you did above, click "Write Session" not "Write Disc". Wait till the disk is done, and ejected when you are promped to. Stick the newly made Utopia Disk you just burned into your Deamcast console, and power it up! You should first see the Dreamcast intro, then the SEGA of America license pic, then, a DOG will pop out, and the text of the screen will tell you to put in you bootleg ass Dreamcast game CD that you burned previousely, and enjoy your gamming!
