Well the usual, make sure everything is plugged in correctly including the PSU and all the ribbon cables. If all that looks good, check your fuses on the mobo as well as on the PSU. Check over your wiring really well and that there are no shorts or loose wires. Also make sure that the ribbon cable to the reset/eject switch its self doesn’t have any damage. It may in fact be powering up but doesn’t look to you like it is because of an improperly seated ribbon cable (check both ends, not just the mobo connector) to the switch or its defective.
