when i choose PAL to NTSC they automaticly goto 0 & 0
I made 2 discs. One, I left the Y's alone, they we're set to 0 & 0. When I played the game, the screen was a tiny bit higher, and tad off to the side, like a smidge.
I made another disc, after the program was done searching the .bin I went to click on the numbers in the Y section, and this warning screen popped up, saying not to change the numbers, unless the screen isn't centered, and it said if I encountered that problem, to set the values to 21 & 21. I did that, and it made the screen, even lower than the orginal!! So, as of right now, I have no idea what exact numbers to type. I'd experiment if I could, but like I said earlier, I don't want to waste perfectly good cd-r's. If my psx/ps2 could read cd-rw's I'd do it. So if you, or anyone, know of the exact values to type, many thanks!!
