Seriously, Murray, if I'm not mistaken, Windows 2003 is meant to be an operating system for _servers_ rather than a gaming machine... (The "server" equivalent of Windows XP?) Also, even if already obsolete,

Windows 2003 is the latest Windows so most companies might _not_ test games with it. So, yeah, your problem may be related to Windows 2003. (Not sure, I've never seen that thing myself, using 98 at home and NT 4.0 at work...
