you can try extracting the files, binhacking the bootbins to 0, mkisofs the data with lba 0,0, then use bin2boot_cdda.exe to make a selfboot .cdi.


btw, do you have the latest ASPI layers installed? i think version 4.70. i remember i tried to use cdrecord one time and got a blue screen. i updated my ASPI and now it works.

have you tried cdrecord version 2.0? it supports more burners than 1.1x.
