Yeah they're good. I've cut huge bits of plastic, metal and wire sheathing and they go straight through. The impressive thing is they are still as sharp as the day I bought them 5 years ago. 
They're great if you can get hold of them... Like I said, g to a model suppliers on the net or in town etc... and find some. I love mine
