I just changed the region to NTSC and has made no difference. Still get the dirty disc error after the initial loading screen.
HOWEVER,
it has booted once and played ok for a while before giving the dirty disc error again.
BUT
ive come to the conclusion it's because of the evolution x dashboard as i've tried it on another modded xbox (Same bios, chip etc) that doesn't have evolution x installed and it boots up fine.
Probably a simple patch job......but can't patch the original! So officially until a new bios comes out (or until I uninstall evolution x) i'm screwed
