I haven't actually burned any games to DVD yet, but here is a way of doing it.....
1. Turn on the Xbox with the chip enabled.
2. Use DVD2Xbox to copy the game to your hard drive.
3. FTP the game (including the game titled folder it is put into by DVD2Xbxo) to your pc.
4. Burn the contents of the folder to a DVD-R.....
First of all, the reason I suggest you do this is because DVD2Xbox will patch everything as it rips it to your HD. Secondly, you can FTP quicker when going straight from the HD than doing it from the DVD drive. As of how to burn it, you can take your choice of tutorials on that one. I've read about using various different software programs and whether or not to make it an .iso file first, and I can't say that one method seems much better than the other. I've used DVD2Xbox to rip all of my games, and to this day, RalliSport Challenge 2 is the only one I've had any problems with.
If you do decide to create an .iso out of the files, SimpleX Iso has worked great for me, and seems faster than most other iso programs that I've tried.
