Here is a fix for now on how to actualy get true crime working without burning anything or using NOCD cracks, some kind guy told me

Dont take the install notes from the NFO, just MOUNT all the 4 CD's with
the latest daemon tools and install it! Make sure you enabled the emulation
SAFEDISK, do this by press the right mouse button at the deamon-tools icon in
the taskbar, go to EMULATION, than to SAFEDISK the icon becomes green if it is oke.
Make sure u mount CD1 with Daemon tools when u start playing...
Alcohol does NOT work. and you DONT have to burn CD1 or whatever...
