Not really - it's their problem. I see your point about repacks, I don't trust them too much myself - but
mine do have a reputation for working (not to sound stuck-up or anything)... and with a little research, everyone could figure out for themselves that it takes Nero 5.5. and DAO/96 mode - or at least an up-to-date Nero 6.3.x.x - to burn .nrg images properly
