, I do believe he's guilty of some things. Namely getting some kiddies drunk and fondling them. But rape ? That's a different ballgame alltogether. Michael Jackson can clearly be described as a paedophile, however, this does not mean he's a child rapist, as those form a very small subgroup of the paedophiles. A paedophile is simply someone who feels sexual attractions to minors, however there are lots of paedophiles who never abuse in any sense and can control their urges. A suspended sentence and compulsory psychiatric treatment to control his urges should suffice, but I bet his lawyers will succeed in getting the charges thrown out on a technicality.
