The deviance one worked for me but you have to unpack all of the rar file into the game folder (and it will create a CD/VIDEO folder with all the video files as dummy binks (black screen with "PRESS ESC TO CONTINUE" on them).
You then get copy all of the REAL video files from the CD to replace the dummy ones and you're all set.
off-topic personal opinion follows:
I'm sure the russian version was great and all, but this version is so bad because of the translation. A total waste of money for me, as I couldn't even finish it
- it got worse half-way through.
Syberia 2 came out and well, Syberia is a better game.
