OK, fingers crossed it's fixed now. I had a CAT 5e cable to network my PS2 and PC. The PS2 was on all morning and I went to lay the CAT 5e cable around the edge of the room as it was strewn across it (and it couldn't stay there could it

). But, it wouldn't reach, so I moved the console, but had to move it back as loads of other cables now couldn't reach, and when I reconnected and powered up, this happens. Went to town for a few hours, just powered up now and it seems to be OK.
Must have just been some static charge on a component somewhere, from moving it about so much. Anyway, fingers crossed, it should be OK from now. If not I'll post back. Anyway, thanks for the advice Snake2. I really appreciate it...
