For FFX get FFX2mov from
here , it'll extract the pss files and you can watch them with pss player or convert them with PSS_demux, all these tools are availabe in that link.
for ffx-2, if you have JAP version get the FFX-2_tool from there, if not then you should first make iso from disk then scan it for mpg file with
Extractor 2.4 , after extracting mpg files, rename them from .mpg to .pss
