Transfer the full game to your Xbox HD (if you don't know how then i advise you to read the tutorial guides about evolutionx

You need to patch your default.xbe:
Download the NTSC USA patch (note: this patch includes the Nude Hack, Money Hack, Save Fix and Screenshot Mod. The Screenshot Mod lets you take screenshots of the game when you press the left trigger. It saves the .bmp file to where your default.xbe is located. Use Y for camera changing).
Just transfer doaxvb's default.xbe to your pc and extract the patch in the folder where you just transfered the file default.xbe. Run the exe-file and then transfer the default.xbe back to your xbox.
You'll now see the nude models with stars covering the private parts when playing the game.
If you want to remove the stars and actually see the private parts you'll need to patch the file datadvd.afs.

If you don't want all the hacks, but just a selection of them you'll have to edit default.xbe yourself with a hex-editor.
