Divineo, Lik-sang, neoasic etc all sell them but some places have huge minimum order quantities if you want new lens as apposed to re-conditioned which tend to not be so much re-conditioned as they are just simply ripped from dead consoles and may also be faulty themselves.
Yes you can rip out the no solder and use another chip.
I would go DUO or apple pro over the magic in anything between the V1 and the V8.
