i would use winoncd for this process,
it would have to be done multisession
the first session would have to be the raw or wav file (the audio file) then you would need to verify the LBA (addressing) to make sure that the LBA is equal to the LBA reported by cdirip on the second session while it was ripping, example cdrecord would report LBA of 0-xxxx where xxxx is a number like 11700, now if didn't have the match then proceeded to write the second session you would get a coaster guaraneteed, you would have to cut probably at least 2 off of the sector size to get it to be 11700 (this depends on the burner that you are using),
if all is correct then you will do the second session using winoncd to burn the iso
if all goes well then it will work, using this process is requires knowledge of what you want to accomplish and how the cd is written so that the dc laser can read and boot it,
