I have a
Yamaha CRW-F1 CD Writer. I use either CDRWIN or Discjuggler when I burn my CDs.
For example when I use CDRWIN usually to make the first session with the dummy audio track (Go to "Record Disc" then click "open new session" then load the track you wish to burn and start recording). Have you tried CDRWIN? Can you select the "open new session" option?
See you might have 1 of 2 problem or both.
1) Your CD writer is NOT compatible with the software to burn a 99 minute disc.
or
2) Your CD writer IS compatible with the sofware but NOT with the media you are using (Or any 90/99 minute media)
BTW, if you plan to use the discs on your Dreamcast don't bother. The writer I have now is the best when it comes to writing any type of CDR. I get no errors with it. I can make multi session CDRs with no problem. The first session burns fine and so does the second. The Dreamcast can read the 99 minute discs I made but it looks like it can read any info on the disc beyond the 80 minute point.
I put KOF 2000, 2001, and 2002 on one 99 minute disc. What ever games are before the 80 point work fine. Anything past that, the Dreamcast will attempt to load it but then hang.
I was hoping I made a mistake somewhere so that I could fix it and get the extra space but t doesn't seem that I made a mistake.

But if you find a way let us know.
