I was wondering what was the most reliable/high quality way of backing up for example one of the special eddition lotr 4 disks 2 for movie and 2 specals

I want to make the 2 movie disks in to high quality backup's with menufor selecting chapters with english audio only
when split to 4 disks i would need it to have a working menu for all 4 disks.

I realise that that will require some authoring to generate the menus but when i back somthing up i dont want it to look like a hack. compression is nice but not nessasarly as important as quality
