I can’t remember offhand what version build Evox I found, or where I sold my soul to get it, but I did notice the INI file had the HD lock/Unlock commands #’ed out.

Simply find the command in the INI file and remove the # symbol from the beginning of that line.

By the way, I find the Evox for dummies guide on the site to be rude and arrogant! I did quite a bit of head scratching to get everything installed in this Xbox, and yes, I’ve edited INI files before. Not saying I didn’t appreciate the info but have a little bit of class!
