Yes for lan gaming u dont need an internet connection, that's right.

After checking the manual for Midnight Club 2, i admit i was wrong, MC2 does support a lan.

THUG doesn't mention it anyway so this game I still have my doubts. If you've seen it going then it must be using localized versions or something.

Socom II no idea on yet since it's not released in oz.

I still believe that unless a game has the option for lan (eg MC2) that it can't b done.

Once again all my own opinions, if anybody has steps on how to step one up I'm all ears on how it's done.
