Close.....it looks more like a ICE homebrew mod rip off just like that neo-12 and the apple 50k that have been posted about in the last week.
Also the Apple3 looks to be a good all version mod. I havent yet installed one. But with the performace of the Apple teams Apple Pro I'm sure its a great chip. I'm looking forward to installing my first one.
I can speak for the Magic V however, the official one that is. I have installed many of these and they are working great, just make sure you get the right one for your version PS2.
